Key features include standardized metadata (Agent Cards), task-based communication, and support for real-time updates via streaming or push notifications. Agents can exchange text, forms, or multimedia, adapting dynamically during interactions. Designed for flexibility, A2A simplifies multi-agent workflows, fostering innovation in AI ecosystems. The protocol is open-source, with community-driven improvements planned for discovery, collaboration, and user experience.
